The charismatic bonneted cab
The STRATOR was developed for European road transport. The new, spacious and comfortable S-WAY cab with Active Space High roof is the standard in this unique concept. A silhouette you recognise on the road before you can read the badge. The driver was central to the design. The new interior has a character and presence all of its own, rich in comfort, space and advanced technology. It is truly your home away from home. And there is improved fuel efficiency and lower CO2 emissions than the previous generation too, thanks to the new XCursor engine, the optimal driveline and the streamlined cab, refined further with aerodynamic detailing.
Multiple axle configurations
Thanks to a broad delivery programme with a varied driveline range, the STRATOR meets the demands of the most diverse applications: from a basic 4×2 tractor to a 6×2 with steered liftable pusher axle or twin-tyre trailing axle, through to a 6×4 with double-drive tandem. Air suspension at the rear or all round, and rear axle ratios carefully matched for the ideal balance between pulling power, fuel consumption and comfort.

The 12.9-litre XC13 delivers 460, 500 or 580 hp, paired with the ZF-Traxon 12-speed automated transmission. Power with character, efficient and reliable over the long haul.

High-efficiency engines
The FPT XC13 diesel features advanced technology such as a dual-flow turbine for lower engine speeds, a high fuel injection pressure of 2,500 bar, a lightweight cylinder block and crankshaft, smart ancillaries and friction reduction.
The XC13 delivers 460, 500 or 580 hp and meets Euro VI step E using Hi-SCR, without a complex EGR system. The Hi-SCR exhaust system patented by FPT works with a particulate filter and AdBlue injection only. That avoids an extra cooling installation on the engine, unnecessary and unwanted heat build-up and self-contamination of the engine, so unwanted forced regeneration in between is not required. The engine is prepared for second-generation biofuels HVO and XTL (in line with EN 15940) to reduce CO2 emissions.
The most powerful engine delivers up to 580 hp and 2,800 Nm of torque, perfect for heavy duties that demand maximum performance. The 500 hp version with 2,600 Nm is best suited to maximum efficiency on long-distance work. Engine weight is 10% lower than the previous version and a specially developed engine oil reduces friction further. The standard IVECO Super Enginebrake is the strongest on the market and can replace a ZF Intarder in most cases.
Power with character: refined, economical and dependable over the long haul.
The driveline is completed by the second-generation ZF Traxon with direct drive in top gear. The gearbox comes with GPS control as standard: the software recognises the route being driven and identifies the most efficient shift points in advance.

Living comfort
Superior living comfort thanks to an ergonomic interior design, a choice of dashboard materials and optional leather trim. The interior height between the seats, from floor to roof, is a full 2,150 mm. The driver enjoys an excellent driving position, a full TFT instrument panel and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
Working environment
Driver-focused controls for superior comfort and safety. An ultramodern, car-like experience thanks to the fully adjustable steering column that positions the wheel almost vertically, combined with a low seating position for more comfort and responsiveness. Suspended brake and accelerator pedals give a more direct feel and a faster response. All essential controls, such as ACC, parking brake, audio and telephone, are within easy reach.
Climate comfort
Automatic climate control is standard in the Active Space cab. It can be extended with an integrated parking air conditioner fitted under the bonnet at the factory. No components on the outside to disturb the lines of this unique cab. A basic night heater for the cab, or a heater for cab and engine, is available as an option. Everything comes with a timer and can be operated inside and outside the truck through the IVECO Driver app.
Seating comfort
Comfort for every driver and passenger is guaranteed by a wide choice of seats and upholstery in fabric and leather. The passenger seat can be specified as a swivel seat, making the most of the space during rest breaks.
Sleeping comfort
There is a choice of lower and upper bunks with a soft or firm mattress and optional backrest adjustment. The upper bunks come in two versions: the comfortable, space-saving folding version, or the simple version that hangs at 45 degrees for quick access to personal belongings.
Infotainment
Enjoy life on board with the high-resolution 10-inch colour display integrated into the dashboard. Navigation is simple and intuitive. You can connect your mobile device through mirroring and use the IVECO Driver app with the microphone in the cab. TomTom live navigation, over-the-air updates and the IVECO App Store are all available.
Everything stowed
Generous drawers and compartments for documents and personal belongings, both inside and underneath the cab. Two USB ports, 12V and 24V sockets and four cup and bottle holders come as standard in and under the dashboard.
Refrigerator
Instead of the two 50-litre storage compartments under the lower bunk, there are two alternatives as a fridge-freezer, with room for 1.5-litre bottles and, if desired, an extra inverter for a laptop or other accessories.
Fold-out table
The fold-out table on the passenger side of the dashboard is ideal for short rest breaks and for work in the cab that needs a flat surface, with a handy fast-charging USB-C socket alongside.
